JERNEJ FORBICI | AURI SACRA FAMES

The Slovenian artist Jernej Forbici has always explored the complex relationship between humans and nature. Throughout his long career, through large canvases and installations, he has depicted the tragic consequences of human actions on the environment.

His latest project exhibited at PUNTO SULL’ARTE is titled ‘AURI SACRA FAMES’ and tells of the ‘gold hunger’ that afflicts society, leading to harmful behaviors not only towards nature but also towards humanity itself.

Forbici’s art is powerful and thought-provoking, shedding light on an ecological issue more important than ever before.
